I have a hard time believing they won't end up over turning this ruling but personally I hate the dolls and wouldn't be sad to see them go

My girls don't own Barbies or Bratz but this is just silly.

| Re: ban on bratz dolls for now | | Won't bother myself or K that much...she loves her Barbies, but I'm not a big fan of the Bratz at all. I agree with Sirk though...it's a very silly situation. |

Children: Debralyn 10/21/02, Logan 3/19/07, and Madeline 7/10/09 | Re: ban on bratz dolls for now | | apparently the creator of the bratz dolls came up with the idea while they were working for Mattel. So, they're saying the intellectual property belongs to Mattel, not the company that the creator started making the dolls at. Mind boggling really

| Re: ban on bratz dolls for now | | It seems that the creater of Bratz came up with the idea while he was employed by Mattel...that was the actual issue, so I agree it's a fair ruling. When you are employed by a company and create an idea at the companies request, it is actually the company that hold the rights not the employee.
Haha...wow Fallon...looks like you beat me by a few mins - hahaha |
