I don't think you can generalize which country is better than the other. Canada vs America will always be in constant competition. One of the only reasons why i think canada is a better environment to live in would be the universal health care (Watch Sicko). In all honesty, France has the BEST health care in the world. So what if canadians say "eh", at least we use our blinkers when changing lanes......see what i mean? it can go back and forth and it could get ugly. Every country has their ups and downs, its not something you can generalize
