That's my biggest fear... I have expressed that to both my x and his gf and the only response I get is that they wouldn't let anything happen to her.. Well if he shoots them both dead, I'm thinking he wouldn't want a witness left behind. Even if she's only 3.

You need to do what you can in order to handle this situation in a manner that is best for your daughter.
