This is not a troll thread. This is really happening to me. It’s a long story so just bear with me. If you can’t help you may at least find it interesting.

When I was 19 I met a girl through a classified add in a Marine Corps magazine. (I know bad idea). We started corresponding and fell for each other over a few months. Then I went home on leave and she met me there as she was from Cincinnati. We had relations. Then the next day she got in an argument with my sister because she thought that my sister was hot for me. She threatened too kill my sister. My mom stepped in and she threatened to kill my mother and called her an f-ing b-word. That was it I grabbed her by the arm and took her to my car my brother threw her stuff in the trunk of my car and we took her tail back to Cincy. That was it.

At least I thought that was it. She continuously called me and wrote me for the next few months. Then she wrote me a letter stating that she was pregnant and the baby was mine. (She told me that she was on the pill but to be certain I still used protection) So I said ok what can I do to help. She then screamed at me called me all kinds of names both on the phone and in letters. She supposedly gave birth to twins. I told her that I would do everything that I could for the children including sending money, visiting them and moving out to California (she had moved to California) after I received my discharge. The only catch wa that I wanted a paternity test. She agreed.

She said that she was coming out to Camp Lejuene anyway so she would bring the kids and we would do the test then. She never showed up. She had some excuse for why she couldn’t make it. This happened several times. So I went to the Naval Hospital and checked to see if the children were born at any Naval Hospital as she said that they were born at Camp Pendleton. They had no record of her or the kids ever being at any Naval Hospital (she was supposedly in the Marine Corps)

She continued cussing me out in letters. She even threatened that she had contacted a hit man and that my days were numbered. Every so often she would call my command stating that I was a dead beat dad. I would be all but arrested and taken before my command. I had to fill out a bunch of paper work then she would fail to produce the kids and they would let me go. This went on until I got out of the Marine corps. Then because she didn’t have my address or phone number in Ohio the harassment stopped.

Until she found me on MySpace last year where she sent me a letter stating that the children were killed in a car accident. I started my search again. I checked death records and birth records. I even did a background check on her and searched for records in all of the places that she lived.

I got a hit yesterday on Reunion.com saying that she is looking for me. It has been roughly 14 years.

I have done everything that I can do to find out the truth about my alleged kids and have found nothing. I am 80% they never existed but 20% of me thinks that maybe they did exist and I missed out on their lives or maybe their alive and I am still missing out.
My family says that they never existed and I am letting her win. They’re probably right but I always carry this fear around with me that I neglected my children, that I abandoned them to a crazy person

I also fear for the safety of my current family. She’s obviously got some mental issues and she is still trying to find me. I am afraid that if she finds me that she might try to hurt my family.

I need help dealing with this.

Wow...well first off, if your sister is hot for you, then you have some serious issues besides this... just kidding brother. Secondly, we know you're not a troll, because a troll wouldn't waste over 200 posts.

Ok, well it sure sounds to me that there are no children. You did your homework. If there were children, there would be records of birth and death. I would agree with your family that it's time to let that go...the likelyhood of there being kids is VERY slim.

It sounds to me as if she's a nutjob looking for attention. If she continues to harrass you now, you need to document EVERYTHING and call the police. If it continues, you can get a restraining order for you and your family. Secondly, remove all contact information from every website...MySpace, etc.

I think you found yourself a "Psycho Chicken".

Keep records of all contact she tried to make with you. Send her a communication, and let her know that any further contact will result in legal action, and if anything else comes from her, persue it legally immediately...you do not want this to affect your family.

Personally, I don't think any children ever existed. Your research seems to prove that somewhat, and if they did exist, she would have shown up at least once to get the pat. test done. She's playin' ya bud. (and sadly, winning at this point)

I think she's simply a nutcase.

I have also found information on the net during my background searches showing that she is married to a Marine. She also says this in her last letter.

Maybe she doesn't know that I lost all of my Hottness when I got out of the service. Maybe I should send her a pic of my ugly mug and a letter stating "Is this worth jail"

Do what you must to protect yourself and your family, but I think that no contact whatsoever would be the way to go. Not even a warning to her. Attention is what she's seeking, and giving her even bad attention is feeding her personality.

I agree that's why I haven't emailed her or written her since I was in the service. She doesn't know for sure whether or not I received any of her correspondence. I hoped that her craziness would fizzle over time but it hasn't. I even hoped that she would latch on to some other poor fool. I suggested to my wife that we move out of state and possibly change our surname. She is against it. Her attitude is basically "bring it on". I would feel that way too if it weren't for my children. So we are basically sitting ducks.

I don't know Dadu...she's been a Cling-On Warrior for 19 years, and now we're in the internet era. If he doesn't do something now, I can almost guarantee, she'll be annoying him forever.

I met my wife when I was in the service. 6'3" 210lbs. I was a sexy beast. Now I'm 6'3" and a lot more lbs. She has to love me now. It's kind of a bait and switch.
