That is horrible! We were driving down the interstate the other day and passed a car with 2 little boy's in the back, both sitting(kind of) in a car seat. The boy behind the driver was sitting on the edge of the seat choking the driver. Now how dangerous is that?

I saw the US story as well. It's shocking to me that there is more than one case of this.

I saw the US one too, I was in utter belief..I just laughed. I could not believe anyone could be so dumb.
