My son is being tested for gifted. Just wondered if anyone else has a gifted child. My daughter will also be tested next year. Her twin is very smart but not gifted and she feels sad because she's not like her brother and sister  Poor sweet thing .What do your childs school do for them since they are gifted? (above average student) | ||

we don't have achild in this age group but wanted to say that yo need to hug that poor baby and tell her she is just as smart and gifted as her siblings!!! Sometimes I feel like my baby is gifted but then she put a sock on her hands and runs around the house and brings me back to reality lol

oh my gosh you are so funny! With my daughter I let her know that she has special qualities about herself that her brother and her twin do not have. Trust me, they all get equal love and support..probably too much. I have to agree that even though they are above average students they also do the goofy-est things. There will be a wall and they will run right into it and I'll just have to scratch my head and wonder...lol | ||

lol they do some strange things!! I kept tellin gmy husband that i love two year olds this morning! It is such a fun age, the things that come out of my 23 month olds mouth just amzes me. A few weeks ago, I tol dher it was bedtime she says " I not tired" I say too bad you have to go to bed, she says "awww rats!" lol I have ne clue where she picked that one up at!!

Oh just wait!! Mine are 7,6,6 and I have to be careful because some of the things they come up with are hysterical but I can't let them see me laughing. And YES they will pick up on EVERYTHING you say. You will think you're having a private conversation on the phone and the next thing you know it's on a prayer card at our local church! I was speaking with a friend saying "my dh didn't put enough money in the bank and I wanted to buy the kids a real tree" well.......... when I got in the car after church I asked what they had put on their prayer card and one said "I prayed that we wouldn't be poor and that I wouldt have a Christmas tree for Christmas" OMG...it gets better............. I get a call from my church asking if they could bring a Christmas tree over to my house. I wanted to die! Each year gets better and better. I love my little one's so much and I get a kick out of them every day. Great....now I am going to have to go volenteer at their school. You made me miss them. lmbo | ||

My kids homeschool so it's a little different however I was in the gifted program in school.
