I made it along with the others I have posted. I just made this one as well  Its for another board, but you get the gist. Yes they are scrapbooking kits and I use Paint shop Pro XI. If you ever want to learn how, just ask or if you want me to make you one, just ask!

Its super easy and addicting!! lol I used to jsut paper scrap, now I just digital scrap!
