Has anyone gotten acne from breasfeeding. I've started to breakout all of a sudden. I haven't began to eat anything diffrently so I'm thinking that it might be from nursing... you know all the hormones and things.

its normal. I started to get my monthly breakouts (nothing big one or two) right around 12 months. At 12 months your milk changes so heavily. It becomes richer, thicker, and more fatty. So it is normal. Oh and congrats for nuirsing for 14 months!!!

To help with that, I use a mild face wash (Clinique) and I also exfoliate 3 times a week. Then I put vitamin E lotion on my face along with Clinique lotion (it's yellow I can't remember the name). I make sure to clean my face twice daily and that seemed to help my problems in the breakout department. I wouldn't use toners or anything as those seem to dry out the face a bit more and therefore increase oil production. I hope that helps! Congrats on nursing for that long..I miss nursing.
