I have a friend who swears by mustard (a tsp of it, taken by itself).

Mostly, though, they say keeping something in your stomach, and ginger.

Well, you're probably over your morning sickness now hopefully. But I'll just post what helped me in case anyone else that is having the morning or all day sickness is reading this.

I had all day sickness for the whole first trimester and a little bit longer. But it did eventually pass. What helped me was making sure I didn't let my stomach get empty. Only problem was I just didn't feel like eating much. The only thing that I could make myself eat was English muffins and saltines. I would just nibble a little bit here and there. Cuz the thought of eating mostly anything made me feel like pukin. I only threw up twice though, which wasn't too bad compared to some people's stories. But I had the feeling like I was about to throw up a lot. So just nibbling a little bit of what sounded good is what helped me. And for me it was the English muffins and saltines.

Just be careful though, once the all day sickness passed for me I was so thankful I could eat and I just would eat a ton. Then that's when I started gaining too much weight. My son is 21 months now and I'm still carrying the extra weight. bleh...

Y'all don't want to hear from me on this one! I wasn't sick a single day...the whole time, I never felt better in my life. LOL. (you may commence cussing me now!)

A friend of mine who was pregnant at the same time (her daughter is a month older than my son) had terrible sickness, though, and she swore by orange juice and ginger snaps - really dry ginger snaps.

OMG you were so lucky Heather. I was so sick morning to night to morning again. I went from 125 before being pregnant down to 105 at 4 months along. I was so sick. I couldn't take my vitamins without puking. lol and I had to clean dog poo at work UGH!!!!!!! I only worked there for 4 weeks before quitting though. The only thing that kinda helped me was crackers and water. NOt much help to anyone I know.
