I like Aiden, but DH thinks its too popular. We were kinda leaning towards Felix, but now I'm not sure. ARGH I am so stressed with this, why isn't there a book or something called heres the perfect name and it just tells you what to call your baby!!

Felix is a cat sorry, just the first thing I think of. But you can't make everyone happy.

That's the first thing I thought of too.

*meow*

I would bet not too many people are naming their boy's "Homer" anymore.

I thought of the cat Felix too.

Hmmmm, if you find that perfect book let me know where I can get a copy, lol.

Phew, I was getting very scared for any future children you may have, lol. By the way, I love your daughter's name. That's what I was going to name my oldest except spell it Cailey.

I like it that she is the only Kayleigh in her school, yet there are 12 Mikayla's

See Felix is quite popular here, I know a few little boys called Felix through friends or whatever, so I don't think the cat association would be too bad lol.

My daughter is Kayla, and everyone at school assumes she is Mikayla first, I'm like no, its just Kayla!

Mikayla seem to be extremely popular here, we are a very french community (although I am english) so alot of kids have very french names here are a few popular examples:

Shanel, Xavier, Chantelle, Manon, Giselle, Therese, Jose, Andre, Brianne, Edrea.

Another name (one of my students) I find quite fetching is:

Rhionach - at first I thought it was a boy and pronounced Rine-ack.

but I was way wrong, she is a girl, and it is pronounced Ree-ona.

My buddy had a boy born in March, dad's name is Jacques (we just call him Jack) his son is Jaxon.
