 | Re: toxins | | I took a nutrition class last semester and the teacher talked alot about organic foods and all about toxins and chemicals. I found it very interesting and decided to research it further. My husband and I have been trying to raise our kids to eat right and to live in an enviromentally friendly world. I learned alot about how the body absorbs toxins through inhalation, absorption, and scary enough ingestion. My proffessor open my eyes to things I wondered about, but was not educated on. I just thought I would share the info. As consumers we assume that what we buy is safe. |

 | Re: toxins | | I had never heard about this before. I mean where would you find the information that would tell you which cleaning products you shouldn't use when pregnant? |

Children: Nichole | Re: toxins | | Its not out there tater, the problem is, is that most chemicals are harmful but to what extent we don't know. I do agree with that it is scary. Vaccines are another one that bother me. Do you know that their is rat poison, aborted fetus tissue, monkey kidney cells and numerous other nastinesss that are being injected into our children. They are guinea pigs. Even the CDC says they do not know the effect all these chemicals have on our children but they think its ok. Hmmmm think its ok, well I am so glad they are lookign out for my child. |

 | Re: toxins | | About the vaccines. We were at the ped. the other day. They wanted to give our girls who are 11, 15 the new vaccine for the hpv/cervical cancer. My husband to the Dr not now because it is so new. We have no idea what is in it??? They have not had enough time to know if it has negative side effects. |

Children: Nichole | Re: toxins | | AMEN!!!! I would not give my daughter that vaccine as well. They can kiss it! lol I would not give teh rotavirus vaccine either, heck the thing was pulled off the market for intertussuption once, why not twice. I'm not giving the DTaP as well, even though they want to give it to her and watch to see if she seizures. Oh well that makes me feel better, they will "watch" her. |
