Children: 3 total (13 - John Luke, 12 - Dylan, and 6 - Amber)

Dylan, 12, bedtime is 8pm and can be later if no school and he asks.

Amber, 6, bedtime is 7pm and can be later if no school as well but only if we know there's something on for her or she did exceptionally well during the week (as a reward).

Both get up between 6:30-7 the next morning like clockwork.

i think you can tell when is bed time is just by when the kid/kids are tired. you can usually tell even if they say they are perfectly awake.
