Default A big thanks

I don't want this to get buried in my (2) other postings.

I wanna say thanks for pitching in with a newbie so quick. Your time & attention is so much appreciated, and just what I needed today.

I really need to turn my attention to my (self-employed) work today -- ya'll have given me a workout trying to keep up. I'm going to back off for a while today too. I actually think I've found some humor that I can use later today if need be on the subject.

So, thank you very much. I'll make this a daily visit at least.

- Steve

What do you need?

OK, what do you want then?

Seriously, I have plenty to do but I'm always looking for ideas of things that other people might want. A side business selling crafts has always been of intest to me.

Honestly....I need the top of my Seminole mailbox back. The top was made out of wood and the weather has broken off and the wood was not coated So it's missing the top piece and the guy who used to make them is not at the fair anymore. I've hunted for three years for this man!
If I had a camera I could show you, he made custom mailboxes out of regular ones by adding a wooden piece to the top, or back or whatever. I LOVE my mailbox but it's wounded now

I'm self-employed. I create custom database programs for the desktop and the web.

If'n I had a picture of the mailbox top I might be able to do it justice. My dad was a carpenter and I have a real nice wood shop and decent skills.

And Fallon - I see you're from Michigan. I was brought up in Grand Rapids, graduated from Grand Valley and Western Michigan. Anywhere around you?

I make a couple toys. I'm thinking I'd enjoy that the most. Just natural wood, without paints, toxins, alla that.

Never got that familiar with that part of Michigan. My brother's right near you in Rochester though. He's a Chrysler engineer.
