Default Need help with my sons drinking

I don't know where to turn to. My son has been a compulsive alcoholic for about a year. When I first found out he was drinking, I got so fed up that I bought a 24 pack and forced him to drink until he puked. He stayed off the stuff for a good month, then I began finding empty beer cans and bottles under are trailer. I've spoken to him about it and he says they arent his, but the bottles and cans are all outside under his bedroom window.

He's developmentally challenged has been in special ed all his life, so it's hard to tell when he has been drinking. Sometimes I want to believe him when he tells me he has stopped, but the evidence is there!

He's only 15 and has a lot of his childhood to live. He doesnt need to waste it all being drunk.

I wish there was something I could do! I have nobody to turn to and need some advice.

I'd like to refer to you a wonderful site called Online Alcoholics Anonymous, Al-Anon, ACA, Adult Children, Narcotics Anonymous, Family Teens and Abuse Survivors 12 Step Meetings and Recovery Chat, meetings, John Freifeld, Miracles In Progress That's really where you need to go. That is a group of wonderful people who deal with everything you are dealing with. I could mumble off a huge amount of information but it's taken me years and years to learn. I am still learning.
Take your situation very serious. He needs help quick. Good luck

How does he get the alcohol? I'd figure that one out, first, and put a stop to it.

He gets it from the fridge and cabinet.

I always have a good stock of Coors and Bud, sometimes some vodka.

Just today I was out back working on my car when I noticed him digging through the fridge for some beers. I went in there and gave him a good whooping. I sent him to his room and I took a nap. When I woke up, I checked the fridge and half my beers were gone. I checked his room, and he was too

I'm so upset. This all started when his mom thought it would be a good idea to let him sip are drinks from a young age. At first I thought it was cool to grab a beer and have a cold one with the little guy... but things have just gotten out of control.

I swear, when he gets back home, I'm going to get my belt and give him the biggest whooping he's ever gotten.

He's been taking all my beers and I can't afford to be spending my money on him. Just last week the bastard took my 40 that I was saving.

I will check out that netsite you sent me. I hope it can answer some of my questions... I just dont know what I'm doing wrong.

My life is a living hell. Why would that person laugh at it? I came here looking for help, not to be ridiculed.

If you're not going to help, then just leave me alone.

wow I really don't even wnat to get into this, so many things I feel are soooo wrong here
First how is a CHILD who is developmentally challneged out without supervision? Why would you even think about having alcohol in the house if you feel your 15 YEAR OLD CHILD is drinking? Why would you ever force a CHILD especially one that is developmentally challenged to drink a case of beer?
To me it seems you have way more issues then this child
