 | Re: would you ground your kid for this? | | Just the other day, my boyfriend and I were at wal-mart and I got out of the car and in the car beside us were two kids alseep. I was like you got to be kidding me. The girl could not have been any older then 4 and the boy was maybe like 7. No adult in sight. By the time we got back out the car was gone, I was not sure what to do. I have never seen kids left in the car like that before.

| Re: would you ground your kid for this? | | i remember when it used to be the norm. lock the kids int he car for a short trip into the store. of course back then the town we lived it noone ever shut the cars off, just left em runnin. i miss those days. the days when you could TRUST people. i dont particulalry see a large problemw ith ti as long as its a short trip and its not too hot or too cold outside that could cause problems. maybe thats just me tho

I still don't get how someone can be so busy and forget their kid |

| Re: would you ground your kid for this? | | its actually quite easy. you pull into the spot, fix your makeup, cellphone in one hand, grab your purse, lite a smoke, get out and by the time you get all that you never think "hey, ill grab the kid"

Children: Nichole | Re: would you ground your kid for this? | | no actually, I have never had that problem. Heck the few times I am in the car without my daughter, i am constantly stareing at her seat thinking I forgot something. My life has never been that hectic that I could forget her |

| Re: would you ground your kid for this? | | well of course you are a mature woman. most likely the parents that leave their kids int he car are immature, unattentive, too-young mothers. and fathers im sure. not gonna say its only the women, id rather live for a while longer LOL
