As far as food goes. I think parents make a huge mistake here by not feeding their children what they are eating right away. We did not do baby food, Nichole ate what we had at 9 months old. If we had roast beef, I blended in a food processor and she ate it. She loves everything we give her, excpet pizza lol she will eat it, but not much!


I think you need to feed him whatever the family is eating. If you have roast beef and potatoes and carrots for dinner, give it to him. If he won't eat it, tell him thats what is for dinner. He will eat it. If he refuses then let him go. When he comes to you an hour later wanting a snack. Pull out his dinner, heat it up and give it to him. I bet after 2 days of doing this, he will be more apt to start eating more foods.
Of course I only have a 22 month old so.... take it for what it is worth lol
