We play everything for my son, mainly classical though, but he enjoys any kind of music. On the odd occasion we will put on his disney music cd for him.

He also has a Baby Genius DVD and CD with the seasons. It displays children playing in parks, running on the beach etc, etc, but all the music is classical.

My husband and I listen to absolutely everything, but firmly beleive that classical is always the best route.
