Re: Cloth diapers?
If you use a diaper service, it's important to know what you're getting into. For example, you want a service that uses commerical washers/dryers. You don't want to risk somebody trying to just clean all these diapers in their own home and maybe not cleaning them properly.
The way it worked for us was that they gave us a supply every week and gave us a diaper pail. We put the entire messy diaper into the pail (not any different than throwing away disposables) and they collected them at the end of the week, leaving us more.
We had to provide our own velcro diaper covers. Those were kind of fun to pick out.
We combined it with disposables. Sometimes, like when traveling, it is just much less hassle to use disposables.
