I didn't use cloth diapers with my first, but I am expecting again soon and I'll be staying at home. I've already bought a stash of cloth diapers.

Although depending on the type you get, they can be expensive to get, but I have read figures ranging anywhere from $2,000-$6,000 for how much it costs to use disposables from the time the babies are born until the time they're potty trained. Not to mention, they also say the average baby contributes about a ton of waste to a landfill in disposable diapers. I believe it!

I think if you read up on the process and are comfortable with how to do it, it's a great way to go! I didn't think DH would go for it, but he actually is all for it!

I got some really cute diapers from a work-at-home-mom at www.luckybabybottoms.com. Her diaper covers have the best price I've seen, and they're so cute!
