she probably feels you are taking her moms place. She doesn't want a new mom she has one already. I amsure that is not what you are doing, but to her that is what it might seem like. Also children always have the hopes that their parents will get back together so they can be the "old" family they once were. With you having a baby by her father and all that you are ruining those chnaces.
Again I don't think you are doing this but to a child it may seem that way.
