If such a law does exist, and is not somehow tied to foster care, very unlikely to hold up in court.
As we all know info posted in the internet can be suspect, and when something seems outrageous/absurd, there is likely to be more to it than parents spending 20 years in jail because their 4 year old shared a bedroom with their 6 year old, or something ridiculous like that.
