Mindy, I know I've heard about it here in Florida and I posted a phone number that a police officer friend gave me to call. He said it is not considered abuse but that dept would answer the calls. I have a bit of time today so I'llput that on my list to do. I can't promise I'll get to right away. If you call, let me know.
I need a "to do list" I swear. I can never remember the hundred things I need to do.
