well, the way i see is that as of
this moment, kids can go buy condoms, get birth controll pills at their leisure anyway. I mean it may be different if they went to their family doc, but the contraceptives are there for them to get.
If kids are under 18 they are your responsibility, however, it isn't the establishments that are preventing you from raising your kids, its the kids themselves taking it upon themselves to do this without our knowledge.
