ditto with the others. plus too much or too little (i forget which one) potassium can cause cramps. and we know ya don't want that.
water is best. but keep it cool. not ice cold. the ice cold could cause cramps too.
also, if the heat is really getting to baby, wipe her/him down with a damp wash cloth every now and then and use one on yourself. it helps with cooling.
