I know what im talking about.
Cap gun toy.
You fill it up with the little red things that make it spark when you shoot it, they are sold in dollar stores here and most little boys have them, when you put the gun up to someone's skin and fire it, it burns quite badly, as I learned from having boys chase me after school every single day when I was little and shoot me with them.
