Over!!!
There is nothing worse then getting up in the middle of the night, reaching out to grab the tp and it isn't there.....why?.....because it is laying against the wall instead of just hanging over the edge nicely!

usually when the tp gets to the roll its over for us but most times its on the seat or back of the toilet since chloe has to go through at least a roll a day on her own at times.

I voted the last one because we dont have a toilet roll holder, it just sits on a stack of old yellow pages books.
But if we did have one, over makes more sense.

on the counter...lol I can't seem to get my family to change the damn roll. I wouldn't care if it was over or under if I could just get them to put it where it belongs
