First of all these two "girls" are women and they are freeloading off him.

Second, what should you tell him? Nothing. Unless you're his mom, it's none of your business.

Yeah, sounds like a crappy situation... Sounds really cramped... Guess its really up to them how they live their life though.

There must be some reasoning behind what he is doing. I would have to have some Idea why before I could give any advice.

as long as they aren't sharing a bed and nothing inappropriate is going on thenthere shouldn't be a problem. men and women can sleep in the same room without any problems. it does happen.
chances are iadad is right--the kids are freeloaders who need to be put out.
if its bothersome to the dad then he should make both his kids share a room with their kids. chances are that would get them up and moving. but dad has to be willing to deal with the trouble the kids are going to give him in order to make that happen.
you would risk a friendship but you can try talking to him about what you see as an outsider looking in--that it looks like the kids are being freeloaders, etc. but he might take that as a personal attack. so unless ya want to risk a friendship you should leave well enough alone unless it becomes clear that something is wrong in that house.

i don't see anything wrong with him sleeping in the room with them.. i think that they should get Jobs and stop free loading off there father but i don't see a problem with him sleeping in the same room except it would probably be a little annoying just because its so cramped but the "girls" are woman and can move out and get jobs if they don't like it
