Pictures on Myspace?
Hi Everyone! New to this, so bear with me!
Anyone have a myspace page, and do you post pics of your kids? Found this blog Made me think... www.worrywartsguidetomotherhood.blogspot.com Are you allowed to upload pics on this site? Same for sites like cafemom? I am up in the air... |

I recently set up a MySpace page. I was anti MySpace for a long time, but my SIL convinced me it was a great way to keep in touch with family and friends. She is right, because I've been having a lot of fun with it. I also wanted to be "in the know" before my kids discover this type of thing.
Do I have pics of my kids posted on MySpace? Currently, only one of each child. My page is set to private and I'm very careful of who I accept as my "friends". I wouldn't post any pics of my kids otherwise. |

I am the same as Trina, there is one picture of my children on myspace, and thats it. And I only accept people I know in real life too, or have known, and my profile is set to private.

What are yo concerned about exactly?
I also have myspace but I don't use it much excpet for family and friends in real life. I also have a few pics but not many.

I don't put pics of my children up anywhere.....and very rarely put up pics of myself. I prefer to keep those things private.

It made me think about safety of putting pictures up of my kids anywhere on the net. I guess I always thought I was completely safe because only my "friends " could see it...But I have a few bands, singers, actors, and tv shows. I think I might delete them as friends. Same with a few that really don't know that well.

I was so convinced it was a horrible idea, maybe I feel guilty for having one now! Just read that blog and it got me into worry overdrive! |
