You can take airborne, or just a lot of vitamin C, which is the thing in airborne that helps. Vitamin C is water soluble, so you can't take too much!

Thanks for the website! Actually I don't take Airborne because it isn't on the list of safe medications my pediatrician gave me but I don't know when that was last updated. I take my prenatals, fenugreek, aand I drink different teas. Right now I am on Tylenol for the headache and using a humidifier.

I take it for my milk supply and it rocks! I learned on that site it helps head congestion too.

I take it during the growth spurts and have it on hand when my supply seems to be a little low. I know what you mean though. I am thinking of pumping and donating to a milk bank since we just got over a growth spurt and she is nursing a little less LOL! But she gained 5 pounds in her first two months of life so supply isn't much of an issue. I had a low supply problem with Isabella which is when I discovered fenugreek.

if you want to donate, do it soon. MOst won't take milk after the baby is one BUT they want a certain amount kinda thing. Like 100 oz
