Default What would you like to see (Kids books)

I posted something similar elsewhere, but since parents of special needs children have a whole other perspective, I wanted to ask you too -
what books would you LIKE to see written for children? Anything you feel that is lacking?

Hope this helps:
I'd like to see books about triumph and taking action. I'd love stories about kids/people who take responsibility for their lives, no matter what - people who get out there and do something. Too many people hide behind their problems, and I've already heard people saying things to my kids that imply that they (my children) don't have to (fill in the task) because they have (fill in the issue). I don't want my kids believing it. We all have some kind of difficulty, but we still have to pay the bills.

Books that encourage children to do what they can, and to overcome when they can, those would be nice.
