My friends daughter

My friends daughter will be 3 in in August. And she learned to say a new word. She says pacifier!
Doesn't sound funny does it? Well she actaully says "paci-fu&%-er. Its so funny to hear.

Casey used to say f**ks instead of fox. My husband couldn't go out in public with his friends and Casey, they used to get her to say it and then she'd go to daddy and he'd get horrible looks.

lol, the things they say. I have a different friend who has a 3 year boy and when he learned what a penis was (he noticed his baby sister didn't have one) he went around everywhere asking people if they penises. His parents were so embarrassed and kept trying to get him to understand that you don't ask people that.

That is funny. My youngest used to say the exact same thing for "truck". Needless to say we had some uncomfortable but funny moments because of this.

My mother was always on my wife and I about our language. We never paid much attention to what she said then on a visit from her my son came up to her and said na na F#%k. That was when he was 2 he is 17 now and I still here about it.

This is great stuff!

We have a lot of video of our daughter as she was learning to talk (and pretty much everything else). These videos will worth more than gold as she gets older and has children of her own. We have made backups of some of these tapes and stored then in a safety deposit box so they don't get lost or ruined.

I remember telling my mother a joke when I was a kid... before 4th grade... "Hey mom, what starts with F and ends with UCK? ---- firetruck!!! ha ha" - I had no idea at that time what else it could be.

I have never heard that joke before. That was funny. I can only imagine the look on your Mom's face when you told it. I bet it was priceless.

lol I tried to post last night, but the board was being weird for me. Anyways, that joke is funny!! I know I'm a dork but I chuckled at it!!!
Anyways another one I have is from my nephew, he was just learning to talk then (now 10) but he used to call my brother Nicholas, uncle Di^$less. We thought it was funny. I of course was still in highschool at the time. lol

Yes, get it on video. I love watching old home movies of kids at difference stages. If edited together nicely, you can watch kids grow up from day one through whatever age (ie 18), in 30 minutes with a handful of clips from each year.

Learning to talk is great for home video!!
