A few I can think of to add to the list:
c/s - Cesaerean Section
IDK - I Don't Know
cliffs: - Long story short (the "Cliffs Notes" version. usu. used with a colon and followed by the syoposis of a long(er) story at the end of a longer post.)
DTD - Doing the Deed/ Do the Deed / Did the Deed - Having intercourse (usu. in TTC posts.)
