Default Developmental milestones

My daughter was born 5 weeks premature and she is now 9 weeks ( so 4 weeks adjusted).

What kind of things should she be accomplishing right now.

Some of the things she does include:
  • She can do a push up and hold her head up while on her tummy and on my chest.
  • When she is sitting she has good control over her neck muscles.. she can keep her head steady and turn to look at things etc. She will often look away and focus on random things in the room though.
  • She makes and keeps eye contact with me even with im moving around.
  • Smiles maybe a few times a day and makes a "cooing" noise while smiling sometimes.
  • Sleeping patterns, sleeps mostly though the night. Awake for the most part of the day, except she might sleep more if it was an active day.. she wakes up very early though 5am.
  • She pukes a good bit.. almost once a day.. she is breastfed and keeping good weight though.
How does everything sound so far developmental for a preemie?

I agree. She sounds like she is doing pretty well.

And by the way, Congratulations, she is beautiful!
