Amazing the difference a day can make

Had parent teacher Conf yesterday. DD princapal sat in on hers.

She has done a complete turnaround on pulling aids from the program. She was extremely adament about this. Come to find out days before the Conf her 5 yr old grandson had been just diagnosed with Autism. She was taking notes from us and asking what they can do to make things better for DW??.

wow, it's kinda sad that it took this effecting her family to do the right thing but at least the aids won't be pulled

people always say they understand about anything and/or everything. and most times they do. but there is things that people can't understand until they've been, there done that.
glad the woman had a change of heart. but sorry she's having to go through this and that her grandchild is ?ill?. atleast now she does understand and will fight all that much harder for the kiddos.
