Product Cheers and Jeers
Mom2Many's recent struggle with Microsoft have led me to think about products and customer service experiences I've had, both good and bad. Post up your good and bad experiences here:
Cheers: To the Chamberlin door people - not only nake a quality product, but when a part was missing, it was not questions asked, they express shipped the replacement.
Jeers: To Warner brothers - When a certain 2 you son, managed to snap disk 3 of a four disk set of Flintones, I inquired as to how I might purchase a replacement disk, only to be told, If I wanted on, I'd have to by another set of 4. Talk about fueling desire to pirate a disc......
