Xero, first i must say that your boy is too cute!!! And don't get too stressed about the eating part. They cry for it if they are hungry and feeding an infant or toddler requires much patience. I think it is perfectly normal in the first few years of life. Also consider the amount of time you spend with your daughter as compared to your wife and the things you do for the child...i mean do you play, talk, read stories, tell rhymes, give her a bath, change diapers... :)

I found out when she was born. We were not interested in finding the gender from the beginning. I bought unisex clothes before she was born and i am happy for that. Everything is not pink, thankfully. :)

I feel inner beauty appreciation should be a priority for parents. Outer beauty is skin deep and they should understand that it would go away with age, but it is your behavior and character that matters! The body image article was an interesting read. :)
