    Afraid of being induced!! :-/...

A lot of people told me to eat spicy food when I was eager to have my baby girl. It could have just been a coincidence, but it seemed to work because I went into labor the next day.

3 year old doesnt poo in the toilet... HELP!!!...

What I did for my daughter was have a reward system in place. Every time she pooped on the potty, she got a lollipop. She was so excited to get that treat, so she tried very hard to use the potty. Best of luck to you!

I don't like the baby stage. Do/Did you?...

I absolutely love and adore my daughters (now 5 and 2) but the baby stage was kind of a "thankless" job. They needed so much of my attention and energy, but I felt like they didn't even know how much I did for them. Yet, I loved being needed by this tiny human beings! There were plenty of...

My daughter is 4 and goes in spurts when she does and doesn't want to eat. momtoallkids suggestion of carnation instant breakfast or ensure is a great idea because he would at least be getting all of the nutrients he needs. Best of luck to you!

I agree! Is there a family therapist in your area that you could talk to about the situation? I wouldn't wait for this stage to pass.

    slaps, pinches and bites...

In my experience with my 4 and 2 year old, I have learned that hitting, biting, and pinching are all things they do for attention if they are just randomly coming up to you and hitting you. Your little one also probably doesn't know how to communicate his feelings yet, so if he is upset, he...

    So it begins......

My DD began climbing everything she could think of when she was one, and now at 2 1/2, she's still trying to test the waters. She definitely keeps me on my toes!

    Infant Toddler Holidays...

The one year we decided to use a real Christmas tree was when I had a newborn and a 2-year-old and my oldest pulled it down on herself twice. After that, we stuck with fake trees. I also bought flameless candles so that my kids can't accidentally knock over a real candle or hurt themselves. I...

    The Questions......

I know what you mean by the questions! When I tell my 4-year-old to stop doing something, she'll even ask me why she was doing it. Everything has a question, so I have had no choice but to start saying "I don't know." It can get a little annoying, but I love that she is thinking so much about...

    Healthy snacks...

I am still struggling with getting my toddlers to food that is good for them. The only food they will willingly eat is anything with Nutella on it. I do bring them grocery shopping with me so that they can pick out fruits and veggies they will eat. So far, I have found strawberries, grapes, and...

    Am I out of line?...

I completely agree with you on this! I am a work-at-home mom and my husband starts his work day at 3 in the morning. I handled all of my daughter's needs when she woke up in the middle of the night because it seemed fair. He did help me out when he didn't have to work. One thing you should...

    Ahhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!...

Wow, what an age to be just coming in to the parenting game! I have a daughter that is 4, and I love her to death, but she has the ability to make me want to pull every hair out of my head every now and then. I agree with some of the other moms that exercising is a great way to reduce your...
