Are kids at 3 years old are naughty and parents can do nothing to control them? Maybe talking with them patiently and telling them some lessons can work.

If he/she doesn't want to eat, just don't let him/her do; but at the same time, tell her that "if you don't eat now, you will not eat anything today". Of course, you should pay attention to your child in case something wrong happens.:)
