What age do you stop holding a baby?

I think that might be a good idea. You can always get a tattoo later down the road but you can never get back the critical bonding time you have while your child is small enough to hold.

What age do you stop holding a baby?

Why not hold the baby with the arm that isn't getting tattooed? How long did you hold your other kids? I still hold my 19 month old so I personally think you should hold your child as long as you're able to but every family is different.

20 month old still spoon feeding

I think you need to work on one thing at a time. I think the videos should be the first to work on since, if he's not distracted with videos, he might have more interest playing with his food. Was his doctor happy with his weight at the 18 month visit (if you had one)? If they are then I think...

Help me find a soul mate

I don't believe in soul mates. I think all relationships take work to be successful. Find a person who has similar goals and treats you well. For me, that person also filled in some gaps I have (I'm a workaholic who charges head first into everything, he takes a step back to "work smarter not...

    Birthday party from hell!

Yes, yes, and yes. I think little girls especially fantasize about grand engagements. I'm sure she's seen some media where a man purposes to his girlfriend in a crowd and everyone gets all wild and excited for them and wanted to experience something similar. Obviously a friendship necklace and...

rubbing hot sauce all over the outside of a kids face

I think that's pretty abusive if a parent purposefully does it to a child yeah. Mostly because I don't see what purpose it serves. Small taste in the mouth as punishment for swearing? That would probably be fine.

    Learn clock

Oh jeez, it's been a long time since I learned how to read a clock but I think I learned along with a digital clock and being tested by comparing the two. Like, one question might show a digital clock reading 3:35 and have four analog clocks reading different times to choose from to match...

Fiance is demanding i sleep train baby

Why do you vacuum every day? That seems pretty excessive. My husband has a lower standard of clean than I do, so with a toddler and twins in the NICU that I visit every night, I do very minimal housework. Dishes daily and laundry weekly. I'll pick up toys at night just to make a safe path to...

    Trouble keeping friends.

I can only speak to my own experience from when I was a 12 year old girl but I didn't have many friends at the time either. At the time cell phones weren't very prevelant but Nintendo Gameboy was and I played on that a lot. I also wouldn't greet people much. 12 is an awkward time. It's...

    Problem with overweight daughter

Your daughter is an adult now. If she wants your advice she can ask for it. Be an open ear for her and a shoulder to cry on. But I think unsolicited advice is just going to make her dislike you. Is your daughter financially dependant on you? Because if she is then maybe it's time for a...
