Only thing I can think of is that those other posts were back in June and July and she turned 16 since. How do you normally like to handle this?
When you've done this as long as me, you kinda get a 6th sense for some of the trolls.
As of now, he hasn't broken any TOS rules, so he can stay. At best one can hope to call him out and see if he can or will hang himself. There was also a few sites where he was banned so I suspect something went down that led them to do it.
