Any idea on weight loss

Hi all
Hope you are doing well I'm in search of some great ideas on weight loss. As an IT worker, I spend most of my time in front of a computer, which has a negative impact on my physical health. To keep my body in good shape, I get up early and exercise often, such as walking, jogging, skipping, and swimming. I make an effort to exercise for at least one hour each day. I mostly like swimming as I loved to swim in my backyard pool for more than an hour. I also kept track of my diet, eating largely vegetables and avoiding greasy stuff. My primary concern is what I should do to keep my physique in good shape. Any suggestion will be appreciated. Thanks!
