Yes, older parenting is FUN....I was 32 when I sadly lost my first baby, then 38 when my daughter arrived. 42 with my son...my husband is 13 years older than me... WE LOVE it, and we do look after ourselves, eat very healthily, practice yoga and meditation to keep fit and energy levels high.. I feel fitter now than I was in my 20's ! Whatever age to have kids is right for you, my sense that if you are even asking the question it's probably not what you truly want right now - you really do have plenty of time !
