I've not heard of this case, but I have heard that women with severe PPD have killed their own children.
I couple years ago I was shocked when I read a woman with PPD was charge with murder, but it started to make some sense once I understood some of the details. She had attempted to kill her children in the past more than once each time she had a child, and finally did kill them after having her 4th child, thus she was charged for murdered because she knew what as going to happen if she had more children and refused mental health treatment. She and her husband's faith required them to refuse mentical treatment.
