Help! Not allowed to reply...

Hi... I'm confused.

I posted a question and got a couple of replies. I would like to acknowledge and thank the folks that took the time to reply. When I try to do that, it says I don't have permission?

Do I need to change a setting? How do I reply to responses to my posts?
