Is there an operating system for kids?...

Anyone knows of anything either open source or an actual software product that I can use on my office pc to make it suitable for kids? My son asked for a computer for games, but I simply can't put that in budget until next Xmas.

If you have been using anything of the sort, please share it here, I really need to make this old laptop suitable for his use, he wants to "work" with me when I'm in the office (he's so cute, this kid).

Have been using this all throughout this weekend. Couldn't be happier! If you have a PC at home and your kid wants to use, I'm pretty confident, this is the solution. Surely solved the problem for me.
