I went for physical therapy yesturday because my back issues have been getting worse so after an MRI which showed deteriorating discs, buldging discs, blah blah blah (the normal twin carrying mothers back I assume) I had to go to physical therapy.
This man felt around and got down towards my tailbone which at first I thought was wierd. He pushed on a bone back there and all of a sudden my spasms starting shooting down my legs and I wanted to cry. He turned me over and pushed and pulled my pelvic bones and he said they moved. He asked if I've ever broken them. I said "not that I know of but after the twins birth I could not lay on my side for a year" Maybe they did break but how would I have known. I was always in pain.
So there is this flat bone in the back that goes in between your pelvic bone and mine is turned inward on my right side. The tailbone is under this bone. Ari will know what it's called.
He is talking to other PTs to find out what they can do. I am sooooooo happy that someone has finally figured out what this is from!
I know too much info but I wanted to share. hehehe
