not eating lunch...

Lately O hasn't been eating much lunch and then he pigs out at dinner time. Is this normal? Is it okay for me to let him not eat lunch?

I have always let Hannah eat when she is hungry and never forced her to finish her food. She is a great eater, and I think it has something to do with not letting food be an issue - so it is never a power struggle.

They won't starve themselves. Just maybe offer him a light snack in the early afternoon instead.

Nichole doesn't eat much for breakfast if anything so.. I think its normal

debra lyn never liked breakfast, now she wants "dippy eggs every morning" Logan will eat ALL day if you let him. They go through phases

Emma eats like a horse for breakfast but rarely eats lunch then will eat a good dinner ( there is a snack btween lunch and dinner). She has always gone through phases of eating habits.

Aydin will eat anything, just like his daddy!!!
Must be a boy thing.

Don't worry i think all kids go through this....
