I don't know why, but ever since my son was born, almost three years ago, I started looking awfully tired on the pictures. I mean, I know, constant sleep depravation doesn't make anyone look energetic, but I don't think I look nearly as tired in real life as I do on the pictures in the past three years. Anyone had the same experience?
Do photos show things that an eye doesn't catch easily...do they show our mood so much better than a mirror...better than we even know or feel ourselves…interesting...

anyway, just wanted to share.

A couple of days ago when I was taking these two pictures, I thought I looked great and didn't feel tired at all, but on the pictures came out looking tired nonetheless .

You don't look tired to me. I think we tend to be very critical of pics of ourselves. I look horrid in most pics and share very few.

well, if you look at the eyes...they do look very tired . and this is when I FELT great and not tired at all...

When I actually FEEL tired, the pictured come out absolutely awefully exausted.

Yulia, maybe it's just because you are used to seeing yourself in pictures pre-babies and at that time you probably had much more time and energy to devote to yourself.

Momma's usually have to let their appearance suffer a little, and you probably notice this more than anyone else.

But u are gorgeous nonetheless!
