"new member Introductions" sticky...

Can we throw a sticky in the "New Member Introductions" That says: I<I>f you need to post a question that is time sensitive Please just post it in you intro and a mod will move to the appropriate category.</I> The systems in place that delay posting are necessary to maintain the site. ??????

I can add it to the rules or something, but unfortunately I don't think anybody reads any of the stickies anyway. :/
