My 3-year-old gets rashes on her legs in the evening. What should I do?

The first thing you should do is to identify what is the cause of the rash and see a doctor what they recommend. However, my kid had Eczema which is a skin allergy and causes redness and dry skin. To deal with that I use natural soothing lotion by the moms co. and that worked like magic for me. I would still suggest you to see a doc and take their opinion.
